            Redactify does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or files. What happens on your Mac, stays on your Mac.

1. Data Collection & Processing

Redactify - clean files operates entirely on your local device. The application does not require an internet connection to function. All file processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and metadata removal tasks are performed entirely locally using Apple's built-in, secure frameworks.

We do not collect or process:

Files, documents, or images you drag into the app
Usage statistics, user accounts, or analytics logs
Personal Identifiable Information (PII), identifiers, or IP addresses

2. Third-Party Services

Because the app is completely offline and self-contained, it does not integrate with any third-party tracking plugins, advertising modules, or external cloud processing servers. Your files never leave your Mac.

3. Crash Reports

If the app crashes, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports. This only happens if you have explicitly opted-in to share crash data with developers through your standard macOS settings. These reports contain no personal files or data.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect newly added features. Since we collect absolutely no data, any future changes will not impact your privacy.
